中温铸造蜡：AT996
JIUDING Casting Wax AT996 is formulated with a proven neutral no filler for liquid injection. The wax is green in color. JIUDING AT996 offers a wide liquid injection range with very little cavitation in the thick sections of the patterns.
“九鼎”牌AT996是一种含有中性非填料的绿色模型蜡，具有压蜡范围广，大型模蜡模没有气穴的高档模型蜡。
JIUDING AT996 reproduces excellent surface detail with good rigidity and dimensional stability and exhibits excellent flow characteristics. AT996 is suitable for commercial and parts, fit for high requirement parts.
它具有优良的表面光洁度，适中的硬度，尺寸稳定和非常好的流动性。AT996应用商业五金，高尔夫球头，薄壁零件及航空航天领域。
This no filled wax can be used for both ferrous and non-ferrous castings because of minimum residue on burnout.

常见问题及处理方法：
收缩率大，适当降低射蜡温度.
表面麻点，蜡水分没处理干净，或管道含杂质.
表面桔皮，适当提高保温和射蜡温度.
取模粘接，降低冷却水温度.
